POI 1 - Santuario Nuestra Señora Del Pilar.
The Sanctuary of Nuestra Señora del Pilar in Benejúzar is an important religious and cultural monument. The origins of the sanctuary date back to 1941, when a small chapel was built in honor of the Virgin of Pilar. In 1980, this chapel was elevated to the status of sanctuary, and in 1999 the current larger building was inaugurated to accommodate the growing devotion of the faithful.
