This walk runs just above Benimaurell and lets you taste part of the famous “Catedral de Senderismo” (with its 6800 Moorish steps) and crosses the Barranc de l'Infern.

Barranc de l'Infern.
You start the walk at restaurant La Venta del Collao. You first go back in the direction of Benimaurell and then descend to the left, via the famous Moorish steps, to the Barranc de l'Infern. Along the other side of the gorge you climb back up to a wide hiking trail. Here you turn left and follow the hiking trail to the starting point. On the way, you can still see the natural damage caused by the large forest fire of 2022 on the right side of the rock wall. In between you will also notice the cautious revival of nature.
Adjust your clothing for the hard and cold winds.
Not recommended during or just after rainfall..
