A very varied walk along two beautiful lakes, the Lac Vert and the Lac du Forlet. Then you climb to the ridge of the massif of Tanet. On the ridge you have beautiful views of the valley of Munster, the Black Forest and even on a clear day the Alps. The route goes through the Gazon Du Faing, a unique raised moor area.

On clear days, the Petit Ballon offers an exceptional panorama over the valleys of Munster and Guebwiller, the plain of Alsace and further towards the Black Forest, the Jura and the chain of the Alps beyond Mont Blanc. During this walk you will explore this beautiful massif and the Steinberg with its natural megaliths.

This walk goes from the beautiful Lac De Blanchemer to the top of the Rainkopf where you have a beautiful view of the High Vosges. The route then continues via the Maison De La Nature Du Rothenbach to the Tourbière De Machais peatland.
