Des Cougnets.
In the spring it is pure enjoyment in the valley of the beautiful flowers. The mountain river Des Cougnets disappears underground from a pool. The valley is also known for its large troop of Isards, the Pyrenean chamois. At the starting point, the remains of the Tungsten mines are still silent witnesses of a profitable activity in the past. The miners' houses can also still be seen in the hamlet of Salau.
