The first part goes along the uninhabited side of the lake and gives you beautiful views of the lake. On the north side of the lake is a beautiful bridge and here and there you can pick up something from the many chestnuts that were planted here to feed the poor population. The way back has a completely different character, just beyond the base nautique on the plage de Villefort you can even take a refreshing dip. You go back over the dam to the starting point.
