This walk takes you to the ruins of the impressive Wasenbourg Castle and the Wachtfelsen rock. Through mixed forest, you'll pass the Jardin des fées, a fortified camp dating back to 1398, and L'Hexenplätzel. Local legend has it that L'Hexenplätzel was a meeting place for witches from Oberbronn. A detour to the Wasenkoepfel tower will take you further towards Oberbronn, home to beautiful half-timbered houses.
