BAUMA DE L’ARCADA.
From the parking lot you walk through a beautiful forest to quickly reach the refuge de Rebost. From the refuge you walk in the direction of the Col De La Gavarra and a little later you pass the Faig del Plettissar, a rock with a striking point. You continue to descend until you reach the Riu de l'Hospitalet, the lowest point of the route. From now on you start to climb continuously. You arrive at the Tiller del Claper, a centuries-old lime tree. Here you have to search for the right path, but you should definitely keep the tree on your right. Between boxwood you climb higher and higher until you reach a meadow. Here you have a beautiful view of Muntanyetes and the emblematic Pedraforca. From the meadow you climb further to the cave, Bauma de l'Arcada. Here you have a so-called Foradada, translated in Catalan as Two Eyes. The view at this see-through rock is truly spectacular. The path continues to climb and you now enter the land of the chamois, perhaps you can spot a few. The Torrent del Serrat Gran, which you cross, is the furthest point of the walk. The path then heads towards the Torrent del Saltant d'Aigua. Along the way, the views continue to capture the imagination. At the Torrent de Comafloriu, the route continues to the recreation area of Orris. There you can go to the Mirador dels Orris. At this beautifully constructed viewpoint you have a beautiful view of Les Muntanyetes, the Penyes Altes area and the Pedraforca. From the recreation area you walk back via a road above the refuge de Rebost to the starting point.
