This beautiful walk goes through the vineyards of Saint-Chinian to the rock of Notre-Dame. Here you have a beautiful view of the massif of the Caroux and the straight line of the Avants-Monts. You can also take a look at the old village of shepherds. The shelters, called Capitelles, have been restored and give a nice impression of what life was like for shepherds 200 years ago.

Les Capitelles.
You depart from the village and after crossing the Vernazobre you walk through vineyards to the Roc Notre-Dame. At the top you have a beautiful view of the massif of Caroux and the Avants-Monts. From the rock you go to the chapel of Notre-Dame de Nazareth. You descend via the Way of the Cross and then ascend again to a panoramic path. At the Avants-Monts you can visit the old village of the Capitelles. These 200-year-old shepherd's huts have been partially restored. From the Capitelles, the route continues over the ridge to arrive at an old mill from where you have a beautiful view of the valley and Saint-Chinian. From the mill you descend to the village.
