Seals.

Departing from the Le Hourdel lighthouse, you soon enter a path that goes through undergrowth. You go parallel to the sea until you come to a bunker from the Second World War. From now on you follow the edge of the water and you have beautiful views of the sea and at low tide there is a good chance that you will see seals resting on the sandbanks. You leave the coastline and now follow a paved road for a fairly long stretch. This is the less attractive part of the walk. Then you walk on wide dirt roads back in the direction of Le Hourdel. On the way you pass a large pebble quarry where you can spot water birds.

Le Hourdel

The second part of the route is less interesting, but that is made up for by the stretch along the water.
