This walk takes you through the green triangle around the Witte Kei. De Witte Kei marks the border point where Hoogstraten, Merksplas and Baarle-Hertog converge. This three municipal point was provided with a beautiful monument and a resting point. The breathtaking nature is indisputably the protagonist of this walk.

De Witte Kei.

You depart from the visitor center through stately lanes and mixed forests of Wortel Kolonie in the direction of the hamlet of Heikant. Here you walk on traffic-calmed roads in the direction of the Witte Kei, the border point between the municipalities of Hoogstraten, Merksplas and Baarle-Hertog. Before the valley of the Merkske you walk through a mixed forest to a swamp area and the Bootjesven. The last part you walk through a beautiful lane back to the starting point.
