Rinkven.

We start the walk at 't Goorhof in Sint-Job. Via the Hoeveweg to the right, and a little further to the left we arrive at the golf course. We walk through the golf course along the course of the Hofbeek and along the Rinkven and then you go in the direction of the Antitankgracht. The Antitankgracht was built just before the Second World War, from 1937 to 1939. The purpose of the canal was to protect Antwerp against a possible German tank attack: the sides of the moat formed a slope that was too sharp for the tanks of that period. We follow the Antitankgracht, cross the road and pass through a mixed forest along the course of the Klein Schijn. Via a fit-o-meter we make another loop before we walk back to the starting point.
