The walk goes through some beautiful canyons and old oak forests to the source of Burgar. At the source you can also take a look at the old lime kilns at the top right. You will also pass the ruins of Mas de Matarredona. Once past the ruins you climb through scrub to the La Foradada del Montsià. This vista offers you a fantastic view of the Ebro Delta and in particular of Punta de la Banya on the Bahía dels Alfacs, the largest natural harbor in Europe.
